Arsenal, Newcastle and Fulham linked with transfer of young striker

Arsenal are close to signing Arsenal youngster Max Grimaldi from Newcastle.

The Gunners have been linked with a move for the 19-year-old and Fulbourn are reportedly ready to sell the player.

The Frenchman is rated by most as one of the top talents in the Championship.

He scored eight goals in the 2016-17 season, including one in a 4-0 win at Wigan Athletic.

It’s understood Grimaldi is on his way to Newcastle, who he has been linked to since he left France for Arsenal.

Arsenal, Newcastle, Fulham and Manchester City have all been linked in the past fortnight with a bid of around £1m.
