Real Madrid are in line to make a big push in La Liga next season, with the club looking to add at least one of its two stars.
The Spanish giants have been linked with a move for Juventus star Alessandro Florenzi, and are also said to be keen on former Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Real are currently third in La Segunda Division, just one point behind second-placed Barcelona and one point above second-place Valencia.
However, the La Liga champions have a lot of work to do if they are to make it to the Champions League knockout stage.
They have only won two of their last five games and sit two points above the relegation zone, with six games remaining.
The Madrid-based club are desperate to add to their attacking options and have already lined up a number of signings to bolster their attacking ranks.
There are currently five players on the club’s books, with three of them being homegrown, but the club are yet to confirm whether the others will be added to the squad.
Real Madrid have already confirmed that Zlatans Ibrahimovic and Florenza will be part of their new squad, and the club have also already announced that former Arsenal star Nacho Monreal will be on the squad next season.
If Florenze does join Real, it will be the second transfer in as many weeks, as the Italian international left the club last month to join Paris Saint-Germain.
Real’s other major signing so far this summer was the £10million signing of former Inter Milan forward Paulo Dybala, who is expected to join the Spanish champions in the coming weeks.
The 19-year-old scored 12 goals and added seven assists in 31 games for Inter last season, scoring in all competitions and winning the Italian title.
